It is an independent review site: we take no payment for reviews, placement or scores, and we earn commission only when a reader buys through an Amazon link. That is set out in full in our affiliate disclosure.
What to expect
- Specification corrections. Send the source and we'll verify and update it. These get handled first.
- Buying questions. Include your lawn size, the steepest slope, and how much tree cover there is — those three answers determine almost everything.
- Manufacturers and PR. We do not accept payment for reviews, placement or scores. We're happy to receive specification documentation.
What we can't do
We can't provide warranty service, repairs or returns for any product. Those go to the retailer or the manufacturer — we're an independent review site and have no access to your order.
