What that means in practice
Many of the product links on this site are affiliate links. If you click one and buy something, Amazon pays us a small percentage of the sale. The price you pay is exactly the same as it would be if you had gone to Amazon directly — the commission comes out of Amazon's margin, not your pocket.
What it does not mean
- We are not paid to review or recommend any product. No manufacturer pays for placement, ranking or a favourable score on this site.
- Commission rates do not affect rankings. Every model is scored on the same six criteria, and the scores drive the order — not the payout.
- We publish the criticisms too. Every review on this site lists what the product does badly. A review that only lists positives is an advertisement.
